cool. I think the furthest I have managed so far is adding patterns floating in the air around things.

i'm interested to see how it turns out.

Yeah, it was more like practice. I'm going to try some more work that contrasts realistic drawing with bold bright colors. But again, this was more like me fooling around with the basic concept. I'll think out the next one more.. More texture too.

I love those contrasts, I think its very brave being able to add energetic and almost cartoony elements to a picture that is fairly realistic.

just promise yourself that you'll take a little time off between finishing uni and starting full-time work or something.
then you get the 'joy' of planning what you are going to do.

yeah i'm fine. i have another doctor's appointment tomorrow but i think it's mainly to find out what i have and where i got it from. my antiobiotics are working which is awesome!

yeah, i haven't been creating much i know. i think last year, i was really preoccupied with work (freelance and part-time job), pt time...then midway through the year till the end i went "fuck this" and didn't do much.

this year i've moved a few times, doing uni full-time, just started doing freelancing again in july...that's pretty much it. the stuff that i have this semester is theory heavy too.

trying to not think too much about it and just try to relax and not freak out that i haven't been doing anything for me...i'm sure the time will come again

i'm in 2nd year at uni now, it's pretty sweet but very theory heavy.
